I Don't Know if I Can Do This!!

I am terrified about this progress picture!!
Three days from now!
I realize that it's not a "before and after"
Just how far I've come
But terrified of judgement just the same.

Why do people find it so easy to judge
And so difficult to support?

While I'm weeding the judgmental people out of my life
Replacing them with the supportive seems to be a challenge.


Oh well!!
Moving on.....
Did my favorite fat blaster workout today... Ate on plan...
But damn if I still didn't get enough water in!!!!
Blast you water!!!

No matter...
How long it takes...
I will Release this weight..
And be healthy!
